The name is Robert Perkins. He started getting tatted at the age of 21 and is nowhere near being done. He tries to get tattoos that mean a lot to him so he doesn't regret them, and tries to stay away from random shit on his body. Tattoos are a way to tell a story without opening your mouth. He thinks tattoos can be both hot as fuck or can leave you looking like "What the fuck", that's wack as hell, he's seen both. He prefers sticking with one artist so all of his work has a similar touch to it. Some people can go to all kinds of peopleand let whoever tattoo them but he thinks that is a wack idea.
